Terms of Service
Last updated October 4, 2026
The short version: PantaCal is a free tool run by students. It shows your own schedule and deadlines, but it isn't the official record of either, so check your university and your LMS before anything that matters. Use it, delete it whenever you like, and don't break it for other people.
The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Panta Solutions, which runs PantaCal. By creating an account or using PantaCal, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy and Cookies page. If you don't agree, please don't use PantaCal. You can reach a human at travis@pantasolutions.online.
Not your university
PantaCal is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or run by any university, your learning management system, or any other service it connects to. University names are used only to say which schedules the app can read. Anything official, like enrollment, grades, graduation requirements or the academic calendar, comes from your university, not from us.
Who can use it
Age. You must be at least 16 years old. PantaCal is built for university students.
One account, yours. Sign up with an email address you control, keep your password to yourself, and don't use anyone else's account. If you think someone else has got into yours, email travis@pantasolutions.online.
Early access. PantaCal is in early access. Features may change, move between plans, or be switched on and off for some accounts while we test them. Early access includes only some of PantaCal. We add features over time, and we may change or remove them while we test.
The links you connect
They must be yours. Only connect calendar links from your own accounts. They are private, read-only links, so treat them like a password and don't post them anywhere public.
What we do with them. We fetch them a few times a day to refresh your calendar, and nothing else. You can disconnect them at any time.
Your content
Everything you put in is yours: your events, goals and notes. You give us permission to store and process it only to run PantaCal for you, for example to show your week, send your reminders, and show friends when you're free. We don't sell your personal data, and we don't show ads. The only sharing we might ever do with universities uses study and class data, de-identified and only if you opt in, exactly as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your calendar or delete your account from Settings whenever you want.
Feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas or focus-group answers, we can use them to improve PantaCal without owing you anything for them.
Notifications and email
Reminders, the daily agenda and push notifications are off until you turn them on, and you can turn them off at any time in Settings. We'll still send emails you need to use your account, like confirming your address or resetting your password.
What not to do
Don't try to reach other people's data, probe or attack the service, scrape or resell it, overload it, upload anything unlawful, or use it to harass anyone. Schedule compare shows friends and groups only whether you are free or busy, unless you choose to show a friend your schedule. Only connect with, and share group links with, people you actually know.
No promises about accuracy or uptime
It can be wrong. PantaCal shows what your connected calendars tell it. Feeds change, break and lag. A due date or class time shown here is a convenience, not proof. Before anything that counts, check your LMS and your university. We can't be responsible for a missed class or deadline.
It can go down. PantaCal is free and provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. It may be unavailable, lose data, or change without notice.
Limits. To the fullest extent the law allows, Panta Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of PantaCal, including missed deadlines, lost marks, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $50.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, and that's the end of it. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or puts other students at risk. We may also stop running PantaCal altogether. If that happens, we'll give what notice we reasonably can so you can export your calendar first.
Changes
These terms will change as the app does, and the date at the top says when they last did. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app rather than hope you notice here. Using PantaCal after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
